Esta casa está ubicada en Iporanga, costa norte de São Paulo, la casa presenta un lenguaje arquitectónico coherente con el entorno, debido a varias características del proyecto, como el amplio uso de la madera.

El terreno de 2.800 m² está situado a 50 metros de la playa y tiene un área preservada de Mata Atlántica en su parte posterior. La residencia, de 800 m², contiene un amplio programa distribuido en 2 niveles, y ocupación de sólo el 30%, posibilitando el predominio de las áreas verdes.

Internamente, la casa está marcada por la fluidez del entorno. Esto sucede desde el vestíbulo de entrada, un gran espacio con escaleras y pasillos que conectan las dos alas de los dormitorios. Se despliega con el fin de disfrutar del mejor sol y dominar la vista del bosque desde todos los ambientes.

La madera predominantemente utilizada es el cumarú. En toda la obra, el predominio visual es de elementos en madera, tales como: las pasarelas, las escaleras, las pérgolas y aleros, toda la estructura de cubierta y revestimientos y también los marcos.

Además de brindar protección contra el sol, los grandes aleros equilibrados funcionan en parte como grandes balcones, en parte protegen de la lluvia; ambientar los espacios interiores y hacer casi imperceptible el volumen de la cubierta.

Reforzando la idea de horizontalidad, una pérgola de madera parcialmente cerrada con vidrio rodea toda la construcción. Equipamiento exterior: piscina, hidromasaje y barbacoa están envueltos por un deck de madera.
