Scarlett Johansson sports braided hairdo and drives Audi for reshoots on the LA set of Black Widow

Avengers: Endgame action star Scarlett Johansson got behind the wheel of a black Audi while doing reshoots for Black Widow in downtown Los Angeles on Friday.

The 35-year-old Tony winner sported a double-braided hairdo with a black vest over a green turtleneck and black pants selected by costumer Harriet Edmonds.

The native New Yorker was in character as the highly trained former-KGB assassin, agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., and member of the Avengers in director Cate Shortland’s prequel set between Civil War and Infinity War.

It’s Scarlett’s eighth time playing Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, but her first solo film in the Marvel Comics Universe hitting US/UK theaters May 1.

Black Widow also features Rachel Weisz, David Harbour, William Hurt, Ray Winstone, and Florence Pugh as Natasha’s sister figure Yelena Belova, who trained in the same Red Room.

Johansson and the British 24-year-old will compete for the best supporting actress Oscar at the 92nd Academy Awards airing this Sunday on ABC.

For her role as Rosie Betzler in Jojo Rabbit, the five-time Golden Globe nominee will also compete against her Marriage Story castmate Laura Dern, Richard Jewell scene stealer Kathy Bates, and Bombshell stunner Margot Robbie.

The former child star also scored a nomination for her role as actress Nicole Barber, who suffers through a contentious divorce and child custody battle, in Noah Baumbach’s Netflix binge-watching favorite, Marriage Story.

Scarlett faces heavy competition for the best actress trophy from Harriet star Cynthia Erivo, Little Women actress Saoirse Ronan, Bombshell star Charlize Theron, and Judy actress Renée Zellweger.

‘[Laurence Fishburne said to me when I was 9] “Hey, let me ask you a question. Do you want to be an actor, or do you want to be a movie star?”‘ Johansson recalled to W Magazine last month.
